About HES

  Hudson Educational Services (HES) is a tutoring and educational company located

on the Upper East Side of Manhattan that specializes in tutoring math, science, and test preparation for high school and college students. Frank Ciulla is the owner and primary tutor. He is a high school & college science and math instructor who has been teaching math, science, and test preparation for over 30 years. (He presently teaches year round at Columbia University in New York City.) HES offers referrals to tutors who are also experienced instructors from high schools and colleges across the country. Students have the option of being tutored

on zoom or in our office on the Upper East Side. Frank offers individual tutoring, small group tutoring, and full courses in math and science for high school and college students.
